Our father and son diary: To better communicate

📝 Sometimes it's easier to write than to talk. Writing gives us time to think about what we want to say, to put our emotions into words, and to take a step back.
 
📝 Big emotions are sometimes hard to express. Even as adults, we may have a hard time getting our feelings out. This father and son diary gives you a safe space to talk about big and small things together, to ask for forgiveness when we get carried away for a meaningless reason and to explain that it doesn't change the love we have for each other.
 
📝 This diary is meant to keep you connected and aware of what you're going through and how you feel about each other. If your son doesn't necessarily tell you in the moment what's bothering or upsetting him, he may find it easier to do so in writing, without any judgment. This will also help him feel heard, supported, loved and respected.
 
📝 The first part of your father and son diary is made up of 30 pages dedicated to talking about you, your interests, your dreams, your memories, the love you have for each other and how to improve your relationship. The next 70 pages are for open communication.
